NYC College Challenge- calling all volunteers! (Faculty, Administration, & Students)

Are you currently volunteering? The register for NYC College Challenge TODAY!

The College Challenge was launched by NYC Service (an initiative of the Mayor’s office) to draw on the energy and talents of college students, faculty, and staff to serve New York City and make a difference.

This city-wide initiative is a chance for Fordham University students, faculty, and staff to demonstrate our commitment to our local communities. If you have volunteered at any community-based organization or for a service project this semester, you can go to the NYC Service College Challenge website and log your volunteer hours.

Need more incentive? The top ten students who log the most service hours will be awarded the opportunity to intern with the City of New York this summer. Fordham volunteers who register also have an opportunity to win cash prizes sponsored by the Dorothy Day Center for Service and Justice.

If you have any questions or trouble registering, please contact Sandra Lobo Jost at lobo@fordham.edu or stop by the Center for Service and Justice.
