Mercy College of Education Names New Dean
Mercy College has appointed Albert S. Posamentier, Ph.D., as Dean of the School of Education. Dr. Posamentier received his Ph.D. from Fordham University in Mathematics Education in 1973.

Sacred Heart Dean takes Middlesex Assistant Principal Job
The Board of Education welcomed a new addition to the staff of Middlesex Middle School Tuesday night. Andrew Byrne, former dean of faculty at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich, will take on the assistant principal position at Middlesex Middle School this summer.

Byrne earned his second master’s degree in educational administration and supervision from Fordham University, where he also did his doctoral work.
