Playwright/Author and Fordham alumnus Franco D’Alessandro (FCRH ’89, GSE’ 03) celebrated the publication of his collection, STRANGER LOVE: Five Short Plays in December 2010. The collection contains published and award-winning plays and a lengthy interview with the playwright. In 2009 D’Alessandro’s poetry chapbook, “Supplications,” was a New England Pen nominee.
In addition to being a teacher of drama, writing and literature in a public Brooklyn high school, he is an adjunct professor of drama at three universities and teaches Master Classes in drama internationally. This fall in Los Angeles his play “Gesu, Mary & Joseph” and a new work “Pieces of Anna” will have productions.
